Ok... but I think you might want to think this over before going through with it.. you know as well as I do, Duct tape doesn't do as good of job holding your head on when you are bouncing around on the mountains, while offroading.

I have been able to maintain about 199-200 for quite a while. I need to go ahead and move on down to the next step, maybe shoot for 195 to maintain for a while. Its not a big goal, but its not the 226 I was at for a while.

I started out last Monday at 212.7, this morning weighed in at 204.1 and have 4.1 lbs before I reach my first goal, may see if I can get down to 180 if things continue to go this smooth. I can see myself staying content with 200 for a while, its been 10 years since I was at that weight.

Just weighing in last year my wife and I decided (she did at least) that I needed to work on loosing weight because at that time I weighed 390 lbs (even though I like that number) I was up about 20 lbs from the last time I saw you guys... anyway I thought it would be terrible but with a little structure starting with losing my job and then going to truck driving school I began my loss and by June 20 I was down to 364 and as of this morning I'm @ 338 and hoping to keep at it till I'm in the 250-280 class or even further.... mainly eating truck stop food so it has been hard but at least there are lots of subways out here

I was down to 265 a few months back, back to around 280 now. Since I'm done with my oral surgery (4 wisdom teeth plus 2 other rotten ones removed, yay!) I'm going to start working out in the mornings, cutting sweets/chips/crap food out of my diet, eating nothing but smoothies\yogurts during the day and 1 plate of supper at night, and trying the wifey's It Works products to help assist the fat to leave my body. Weekends I'm going to eat "normal" the throw my metabolism up and still enjoy living life with good foods

Hoping for 250, ultimate goal of 225 but I may have to get deathly ill to make it down that far!

HA HA HA Jack :-)
Curtis I think I wrestled 180lbs in Jr High and I was skinny. If I was to get down to 180 I would be the worlds only light skinned Ethiopian--- Would they make me move there????
Justin/Smoken Keep at it!!
