Honestly if my wife didn't complain about my size, I wouldn't even care. I can maintain a weight fine if I just eat normally, its when I try to lose weight that I end up gaining more back. I stayed at 205 for 25 years, but when my wife got the bright Idea that I should diet, is when I started struggling with my weight every day since.

Fat or thin my wife seems o accept me the way that I am-- which is good because I already know what I weigh-- and what my health is like-- I just can't seem to get below the 250 mark. I want to improve myself to feel better about myself- which in turn makes people feel better about me :-) I mean I already know I am absolutely awesome :-) ha ha ha

I binge cheated the last 2 days-- had a Cheesburger with a bun and a chick filet sandwich with a bun and French fries-- and a bag of peanut M&M's and a jumbo bucket of popcorn at the movies--- I suck-- but back on the wagon today!

Yesterday was not good to us, we ate at pie 5, for lunch, then at a mexican restaurant like most other mexican restaurants in kansas, (same menu) while we were in Marysville yesterday. I gained two pounds this weekend.

Dear Duane,
I want, scratch that... need a vacation soon! I haven't taken a day off since January, and before that, I hadn't taken a day off work since April of last year other than the ones my job gives everyone else for holidays. Even when I switched jobs, I had my last day on Friday, and started my new job on the following Monday.
