Had mine applied this morning (although it took them 2.5 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, trans update..argh.)... I wanted to watch to make sure that specific tsb was applied but the service mgr knew all about it so I felt confident it was done. I forgot to ask them to drop the TPMS threshold but I'll bug them about it when I go back for the moonroof glass replacement. I know something was altered because the Android program (Torque) on my Xoom had a calibration ID of BRBL2A3.H32 and now it just says unknown.
Anyways, shifting feels much smoother and I was in stop and go traffic on the way into work for about 45-60 mins after it was applied. I think I've been hyper sensitive to the shifting patterns lately since I knew the update was coming, and now that it's applied, it seems much more improved than the previous program. Upshifts are smooth from 1-6 and I didn't seem to have the lurching that would occur when the truck was downshifting as I was coming to a stop.
Tomorrow morning I'll be able to better verify if the 2-3 shift issue is still present.
So far so good. I hope this fixes jeepman and racetec's trans issues.
Right now I have them at 65 in the rear and 70 in the front. I'd like to go for a lower psi on the rear tires when empty, no need to that high of pressure when empty... I saw on the '12 ordering guide you can order the F-350 SRW's sans TPMS.
Mine seems to shift a lot better.. I was hauling a trailer (about 12K) so I was on the highway in T/H so could not tell much on the regular shifts.. I will report more later...
Will that just give you a better and smother ride? Can't see it helping with MPG through.
It's worth it to me to air down a bit to have a softer ride. The roads out here in PA suck so driving around with nothing in the back can be jarring at times. Plus I hate these Michelins, 3500 miles and the fronts are already cupping. Dealer rotated for free for me today.

The sans TPMS is for fleet orders only though. Doesn't matter as the 2011 and 2012 trucks can easily have the alarm pressure set to what you want at the dealership with the Ford IDS. They have made it very simple to adjust unlike the 2008-2010 trucks. I too would love to do away with it as well though. I have a 2nd set of rims/tires I run in the winter so I end up with the light on it the dash all winter.

So far Firmer, good shifts & to me it feels like I am staying in 1st a little longer (which I like)...
I have a place/time that I can easily replicate the 2-3 shift issue and I tried it last night & it didn't happen... I will test this further in the days to come...
I have put about 350 miles on since this "reflash"... I keep all my fuel purchases/mileage in a spreadsheet so I should be able to notice any fuel consumption changes in the future - My first tank I was pulling a trailer, so I cannot derive much from that tank - but I will post again in the future if I see any kind of change...
They had my truck overnight - they pulled the trans pan to get the proper solenoids to replace - ordered them & got in at 10AM the next day - got them replaced, flashed, & test drove & called me at 2PM..
I have a extended warranty that paid for most of a rent F-150....
Took my dealer 2.5 hours to do the update, change the oil, and rotate the tires. I've got about 200 miles on mine, not one 2-3 shift issue. I really like the way it's shifting now, like Byram said, it's holding the gears a little longer. FWIW - my build date was 12/8.
Mine's going back soon though, I just found brake fluid (slowly) dripping off my brake pedal (and onto my Husky liner)....
