So I had the update and the solenoids done roughly a month ago and I have put maybe 200 miles on it. I'm gone a lot but drive it when I can but since I had it done the first few times I get the shift from 2 to 3 it hesitates very slightly and then hits 3rd firmly. By the time I get out of the neighborhood it has a few cycles and gets real smooth and stays like that the rest of the day. The next day the same thing, so is it still learning and should smooth out completely? Has anybody else noticed this after the tsb?
1. Inspect vehicle build date.
a. If vehicle build date is on or before 11/19/2010, proceed to Step 2.
b. If vehicle build date is between 11/20/2010 and 4/11/2011, solenoid replacement is not necessary, proceed to Step 3
Driving a 10/07/10 built F350, waiting for
the solenoids to arrive and also having a TPMS
problem. Warning is lit even though tires are up
to correct pressure. Everything else is good...

Dealer never replaced solenoids, Truck build date is 9/2/10 Service manager said he could not find TSB for solenoind replacement. Where can I get a copy of TSB to give to dealer. Full text version. Thanks
Just an update on the status of my truck. Dealership called two days ago (first time they have ever called me about this issue). They stated they have received the solenoids and my truck is now in the shop getting the work done. I'll keep you posted on the results.
Dropped truck off at Ford Dealer dealer today with TSB in hand service manager still giving me the run around, said he has to call a special hot line to see if it apply to my truck, Build date 9/10. He will let me know in a day or two.

My comment above still stands. If they're unaware of how to handle (or for that matter READ) a TSB, then you probably don't want them working on your truck...
