I really like the front receiver he's got with the pintle in it. If he was to put one of those receiver racks on it, it would be a SWEET platform for working under the hood!
54-1/2" Long Expandable Nylon Cargo Carrier Cover - Cargo - Automotive & Motorcycle
Pretty cheap too!
Put some plywood down on the deck so you don't drop anything and watch it flal all the way to the ground.
On the drivers and passenger sides you could use some thin angle iron and weld up some posts with a small table top for holding hand tools...
Wow, the more I think as I type, has someone already made one of these? Working under the hood on a 2wd is a lot easier than a 4x4, never mind a lifted 4x4!...A nice full-width platform/bench of some type would really help.

Now I know what I am doing with that front receiver I just mounted on my truck this weekend! Guess I need to pick up some angle and square tubing from the scrap pile at work

That's not my truck! My truck is a huge turd. That lifted truck belongs to 47ltb. I was just asking how he gets up in it.

Fordman75, I grab hold to the bed and climb up on the rear tire then walk down the "nerf"bar and that's all there is to it.

Thank's, we used a clocking ring to rotate the t-case.

The tranny is a automatic, c-6.
