Here's my 1985 F-350 with a 6.9 IDI and a T19 4 speed. Started life off as a gas powered 3/4 ton and I converted it to a one ton diesel. Absolutely love it!
1984 F250 EXCLB 4x4 4spd manual 6.9 IDI. I bought it off of a farmer who had upgraded to a newer truck to put the bale deck on it that came off of this truck but they left the hydraulic pump in it. Was able to find a bale deck that was in a fire to put back on my truck and I rebuilt everything on it to current working order. The other major changes were a solid front axle swap from a one ton and then putting in a set of buckets with a console from an 85 half ton. Next things on the list are to swap in a ZF 5 speed and swap in a rebuilt 6.9 with a rare rotomaster/ray jay turbo kit from a donor truck.

93 F250 AP full 1 ton suspension, the bed was not factory.. I had to add that.
"Casper"........ '92 one-owner (bought brand new in 02/92) F350 XLT. 268K miles 7.3 IDI /ZF5. Pulls a 15K dump trailer, 13K Arctic Fox fiver, and pushes snow when the ground is white. Basically all original, with engine/trans rebuild at 230K. Dealer installed flares when new . Just took the 1993 16.5 alloys off this last year.
Basically yes. From what I’ve been able to learn is Centurion was taking F350 dually chassis and then dropping an E350 cab on top after cutting off the back 1/3rd or so. Then finishing off with a custom bed. I’ve had this for almost 2 months, been driving it for a couple weeks now. I love it!
