To everyone here, from now on DO NOT bring this "debate" into other threads. That goes for both sides.

The only reason I let this thread live this long is because it sorta contained the debate down to one thread.

It's starting to overflow into other places and there's NO NEED FOR THAT.

If you want to keep poking fun at people for their choice of a FORD, don't bother. It will no longer be tolerated.

If you want to actually debate FACTS and OPINIONS, do it here.

So I make a truthfully statement and you get butt hurt and since it bashed the v-10 you deleted the post. But if someone post anything about the psd in a negative way you would have kept it. Yeah this is no dictatorship.

You must really want to get banned, eh?

There are thousands of posts bashing the V10 in this thread. I don't see any of them being deleted. There is a difference between mindless insulting and rambling and actual debate.

For what posting the truth. I posted in the chipping a v-10 thread that the 6.4L dyno mores then the v-10 cause they showed a dyno graph in that thread after how many times these v-10 owners come on here saying there v-10 makes more power. Yeah on the paper but when you get into the real world and start dynoing trucks the truth comes out. And he deleted that cause supposly I was bashing the v-10 which all I was doing is making a truthfully statement.

I was actually posting a debateable statement. I wasn't insulting anyone.

Oh, and we never landed on the moon.

(How's that for a new direction for this thread?)
If we didn't land on the moon -there is a reason for that. Gasoline engines run out of fuel before reaching the destination

You really are blindly ignorant.
Put your 6.4L on that same dyno and see what you get.
Comparing numbers from different brand dynos is just stupid.
I've had my Tbird on different dynos-on a Dynojet it makes over 300rwhp. On a Mustang,it barely makes 250rwhp. Same car, same mods, same weather-different dyno results.
ALL a dyno is good for is to see gains for modifications and for tuning under a load-NOTHING ELSE. Some people use them as a "manhood" measurement, but those folks are compensating for other inadequacies by being a dyno queen.

Think whatever. On paper the v-10 might make more power in the real world the 6.4L makes more power to the wheels. And if I put my 6.4L on the same dyno it will make more power then the v-10 will ever dream of.

First off, you should know better than to do that.
How would you like it if I started posting crap like that on in the 6.4 forum?

Second, The V10 makes more HP at the flywheel and at the ground.
How would an engine with 12 more HP in the same truck make less on the ground?

Supposely some v-10 owners says the 3V v-10 makes 250 rwhp which in that chip thread it only made 218 and 248 with the tuner. The 6.4 makes anywhere from 280-290 rwhp maybe a little less or little more. But on paper that is the only way the v-10 makes more power. And I was talking any kind of crap in that v-10 thread just suprise with all this talking about the v-10 making more power then the 6.4 and then the v-10 dyno that. Just was pointing out it doesn't make more power.

Take two trucks, one with a V10 and one with a 6.4 that are otherwise the same and put them on the same dyno.
The V10 WILL make more HP at the wheels.

Sorry, that is just blatant trolling and you know it. That is like me going into a 6.4 thread about a guy asking if he should get a chip for his truck and then me posting that he shouldn't bother because a 5.9 Cummins will always be able to make more power then it.

I really hope you are just trolling, and not that ignorant.

Sorry but no it won't. Diesels always makes more power at the rearwheels then gas engines even if they are rated at the same power. Or even if there is a 12 hp difference.

Yeah a 5.9L will make more power as of now cause there is more stuff for them in the aftermarket world. But a 5.9L can't get the same results as a 6.4L with just a tuner, exhaust, and CAI. I know the 6.4L will make more power with those mods but I'm talking about the total increase in power. Once there more stuff out for the 6.4 I bet getting 1000 hp at the wheels out of one of these isn't in the far future. And it will be driveable on the streets. Well not legally I guess but can be a daily driver.
