A few tips on high blood pressure, if you dont exercise, start. Like today, go for a walk, or a jog, or something. Drink lots of water. If you were nervous that probably shot your blood pressure up sky high.
When I went to this treatment center for getting my knee rehab'd, I got my blood pressure check and it turned out to be high then too. I was nervous, abit anxiotous, and hadnt exercised for a week and a half before hand.
I went to my family doctor a week or two later, I had exercised a little bit more then i had been, drank lots of water, and wouldnt ya know it, the doc tested it, and it was perfect.
Kinda amazing how much it can change just for a few things.
prep,
i do all those things and its high. the doctor said it may be from stress. my doctor is really cool. and high blood presure and diabetes runs in my family! i guess its unavoidable, its a matter of time before i get it! and thats what my dad said.....
and i turn 48 in 2 and half months!
