its just been cold and wet here. its suposed to stop raining .. i hope it stays dry long enough so i can get some work done, on the yard and the truck. it needs a service bad. i usually don't let it go this long.

We`re supposed to get some rain showers in the next few days, I hope that don`t happen since the roads will be all ice again.

rain is ok as long as the temps stay up there. we could use some here to soften the snow, but i hope we don't get too much... i'd rather not come home to a wet basement!!!

amzing enough even tho my basement is dirt its dry! even if rains hard its dry.

Not your fault Jack, you can`t control the weather.
Nice to hear you basement is staying dry, a flooded basement would suck. Does it get flooded fairly often? Here on our hilltop we have great drainage, sometimes too great......

I would hate to go through a flooded basement, I would figure it would take a damn long time to get that flooded smell out.

I have been there in the past.

Its gross, and the stuff I lost due to damage was the worst.

The warmest, nicest basement i ever had was the wood foundation one.

Going back to the conversation we all had a while ago.

My next home I build myself, will for sure be on a wood basement, IMO its superior to concrete.

not much morris,
just board nothing going on having a beer and talking to you.. and studying for my permit next week. i went up to clays yesterday and i was in the shop and that pin head they have for a service writer got his foot smashed by the 4post... haha stupid sod!!!! clay said i can use the shop and racks..all i have to do call him and ask.. and my race car is still sitting behind the shop. thats workmans comp. big.... i hate people like that!!!!! i really do..
i never liked the guy anyway... and i think clay knows why!!!!!!
