I`ve always been fascinated by US history such as the early cowboy`s, their music and way of life. Also stories of the gold rush, the civil war and Custer`s last stand.
Also visiting the Hoover Dam who`s size and the history of it`s making simply boggles the mind! Hoover Dam - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
i'm the complete opposite Fom... as long as there's something i don't know and haven't seen in our country, i couldn't care less to know about other places... that being said, i do enjoy learning about other places, but its no fascination...
Saskatchewan history can be fascinating too, for example there were and still are farm machinery manufactures as well as car manufacturing plants here in this province. The down side is that there weren`t any Ford plants here as far as I know.....
There was a discussion here about this province`s auto manufacturing. I can`t recall the details but I believe there was a chevy or a pontiac plant in Regina or the Moose Jaw area.... This was all I could find so far: Moose Jaw Standard was an automobile manufactured in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in 1917 Moose Jaw Standard - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
If anyone remembers more jump in!
