The KQ is a better quad then the eiger is what I meant.
Mark (markadeck) was an older fella that frequented the 7.3 forum. He was in poor shape and had a heart attack, went into a coma then passed on. He was full of p1ss and vinegar. He HATED hondas with a passion! He had so many stories, about so many different things. He was a really great ol guy to shoot the sh17 with in the OT thread.

news flash! my dad called and he bought the truck! that w900 kenworth! he said he has to get a load this way before i can take it over. but i have a one way ticket to fly to omaha if i have to. i got the truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About Mark, its sure sad to lose him.
I was not always in the threads he was, because its many years ago I sold my last 7.3 oil burner, but damn it was fun to read his posts.
At least now he is in peace.

1999 w900 double bunk, new engine, new tranny! c15 cat w/13spd eaton! my dad bought it for me. i told the good ole' boy he didn't have to do that!!!!! he said if i have to i'll put you thru truck driving school!!!! like i need it. i have to get a medical card before i get a CDL!!!

Jack that sounds like a cool truck! Mind if I ask how much it was? I have noticed a guy can get a truck for cheaper down in the states, Ive been looking haha.

my dad also said he has to go in for knee surgery again, so its going to be a little bit.
at least enough time for me to got my stuff together. pysical, permit and the like.
its the same truck i've worked on before. ran the valves,jakes, fixed the lites,adjusted the clutch,brakes,just minor stuff. he did tell me the last time he drove it, it was getting hard to stop. so i may have to adjust the brakes again. i might just do it anyway just for piece of mind. i just want be able to control it my way!
i think my dad bought it for 12,000$ prep.
prep another place to look for a truck is a place called fleet truck sales. old werner trucks.
the website is wernerenterprises.com and look for fleet truck sales.
