hey i have one of those. a cool wife. she reads my e-mails but she doesn't tamper with them. and she's a woman i couldn't pass up. when i met my now wife i was working in the worst place to meet someone. the service pit at werner. yes changing engine oil, grease, and doing all the dirty greasy stuff on the big rigs. and it was love at first sight! and its been wonder!! full ever since!!!!!
i met my missus in calgary, we were both framing for the same guy but on different crews. something about a woman who can swing a hammer... i'm really, really lucky... i don't have to sneak around go out fishing, hunting, quadding, but i can't do it without her... its ok though, she's pretty tough and have been a great help when i get stuck...
Hubby and I met overseas in Israel while we were both there for a six month tour. And it's been great ever since. We bought a second quad so I get to go quading with him as it sucks to stay behind.
i don't have to sneak out i just take her with me. granted i may have to bait her hook for her but its all good. or have to hand her,her helmet. she loves stock car racing.
i take her with me when i got racing with my neighbor up at south sound.
and erin and i rebuilt the part of our livingroom and front porch. she's a good woman.
Speaking of building stuff, and women, Im actually impressed at how much stuff my ol lady can do. Shes really into renovating and stuff like that. She has put down her own laminate flooring, helped me with carpet and tile before, she builds stuff like shelving and stuff like that with scrap wood.
She doesnt really like using our skill saw, but other then that she goes hard into build mode.
Not bad for a teacher anyways haha.
true prep,
my wife doesn't like using power tools either! specially the chainsaw, skill saw. the sawzall she will use.the axe she will use. my cordless impact yes.
Actually Sandi goes right out to my husquavarna 365 and fires it up and uses it whenever she needs it. Just for some reason she doesnt like the skill saw.
