They were really nice people but I only met them a couple times, once when they lived in southern Ontario and when they visited here , we never made it out that way to visit them.

Morning everyone. Currently babysitting my dad's dog. She's a 9 months old husky mix puppy. Had her since Wednesday and so far she has only grabbed my shoe once but my fiancee caught her right away. Other than that she hasn't tried to chew up anything. Oh and she can't sit still, but thats a puppy thing. She is learning pretty quickly considering that her original owners had her as a lawn ornament and never did anything with her. Here is a pic of her:

Morning boys. Brass monkey is missing ***** this morning. -29, -42 with the wind. The long range forecast looks good. Single digit temps by end of next week!!

Was going to start on building our kitchen but I think efforts to keep the shop warm today may be in vain. I don't even want to walk from the house to the shop

Animals are all watered and feed topped up, I'd say the rest of the day will be spent inside...

Cute pooch Randy!! Some of them are keepers and are well behaved right from birth. We've had ones like that.

Have a great day guys!!

Evening John... Everyone freeze today or something? Sure is quite in here and cold out there. I did sweet 0% of what I wanted to. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day, and if it doesn't come, what I didn't get accomplished today really doesn't matter

Have a great evening boys!!

Hello Sherm, rather cold here too, I didn't accomplish much out in the shop today either but will make another attempt tomorrow. Most of my sweat now comes when I'm sleeping...must be hard work...

Even the brass monkeys were in hiding this morning Sherm! Warmer temperatures sound really great!!
Bummer on the cold where you are too John, guess it`s like that most places.
That`s a real sweet looking up Randy, so great to hear that she finally has a good home.
Nice to see kids playing hockey instead of video games Colin.

Happy Sunday mornin'all. had to be at the stereo guy's place yesterday at 8am. What a joke! I thought my problem with the stereo was a module. The guy who worked on Jordan's car was nice, but what a butcher no soldering or zip tie's. He worked on it for 4 hrs trying to get it to work. Finally told him to stop. he had called the tech line and found out the harness Jordan bought was wrong. His car has an amp, and needed a different harness. So I paid him $200.00. He said get the right harness and bring it back. He said no charge for the install. I went to visions and talked to the salesperson. he said , he asked for the vin incase of the factory amp, and Jordan said it didn't have one. They sold him what he asked for. I have got the new harness and will install it right away. The stereo dude I used was a nice guy, but not up to my standards for workmanship. If my attempt won't work, I'll call him up on finishing the job fpr free, but will bring my equipment to make sure he does it right. Randy; Nice lookin pup, Morris; Give us an inventory list of what you have for sale. I heard a joke similar to the bird joke. Who has the fastest dog's in Canada? The tree's are so far apart. John; Go visit your family in Africa. Maybe you could get refugee status. The weather here is also terribly cold, but the boy's are using the rink every day. Another 20hrs of use and I may brake even time wise. Well off the the garage to see if I can get Jordan's stereo to work. I'll chime in later with the results. Dawn had to go to Pine Falls this morning to work. So it's just Kalan and I. He waqnt's to hook up with his hockey buddy's at the community club rink, so I gotta get to Jordan's car. Have a great day guy's.

I got Jordan's stereo working. I'm going to hit the installer with a rebate. I talked to another installer today, and he said the guy should have known about the factory amp, and not pissed around trying to get it to work. we'll see what happens. The story continues.
