But after they move I know I have a few months before anyone moves in though because they'll have to reno the place and the guys that do the renos are EXTREMELY SLOOOWWWW....
Wouldn't feel bad bro. Hopefully the new ones are young, like to tan lots and invite you to their hot tub parties on a regular basis
If that be the case with the renovations, give them my card
Update on the demo ride:
Took the Viper xtx ans stx both for rides. Different rear suspension's in both of them. Liked them both but the body panels at the knees/shins impeed you from moving around without having your legs spread apart on a regular basis. Basically the closer you move to the front of the machine, the further the legs spread. Power was really good but found it a bit choppy. (they said the TORS needed to be adjusted) The sled I rode 1st was brand new, 0 KMS!! The last Viper was writen off at the Demo ride in, Yorkton (i think). Somewhere in SK.
That was my 1st two rides of the day, luckily with it being cold and people not showing up for their rides, I pretty much got the Phazer MTX for the rest of the day. WOW. I'm super impressed with that machine. 1st off, 1.6" track. Excellent traction. 2nd, the duel carbide tuner skis are absoluetly dartless. Machine turned and was very controlable in all conditions yesterday. We rode on the River, groomed trail, powder filled farm field with a serious twist of rock hard drifts that sent me airborn with every crack of the throttle.
I'm 99% sure that my future update will be the 2013/14 Phazer MTX and not the new Viper like I thought it was going to be
80HP stock and a few DIY updates and 95HP isn't unrealistic.

FWIW, I'd like to add that if they're young, into tanning, and inviting you into their hot tub, I hope they are female.....just saying...that would be my personal preference with the list of activities given...

Happy to say that I was NOT at the Yamaha demo days, though I did see the semi there, I was on my way to get firewood. I thought the viper chassis would have been an improvement over the Yamaha chassis. I haven't ridden either, so shouldn't pass judgement. 95hp?...Yawn........

Curtis, I wish as much as the next guy that my neighbours would be young females that like tanning and have hot tub parties but we all know that's not going to happen. And honestly after these neighbours leave, I just want someone quiet lol. I hope the guy that wrote off the demo sled was alright? As for your sled ride I'm glad it went well I'm excited for you to get your new sled buuutttt I might just have to bring mine down and let you take it for a rip so you can feel some real horse power
