If I rented a machine the price would be okay Morris, as I would do everybody's yard and the shared cost would be worth it. Theres not enough people in the area willing to pay for lawn maintenance contracts to get a decent deal on aeration. thinking about doing a weed n feed sprinkle but even that is $32 for a 9kilo bag which is about 7 kilos more than I need. Will see what I can get everyone in on, I'll pick it up and pay up front and collect from everyone as their pensions come in or rents get paid. Every neighborhood like this one needs a motivator, not meant as a slag, its just the way its structured.

I buy the larger farmer sized jugs of Round Up rather than the small, over priced ones normally bought by consumers Perry, they can last me two or more years.
Speaking of motivation, where do I sign up for help with that......

With the exception of the corner lot, all our front yards are pretty small, 26'9"x 32' on average. Its all duplex's on this side of the street, other side of the street has 56' wide lots so they at least have a yard big enough for a landscape theme, we get landscape "features".lol. Would like to redo this whole side of the street, but then again this isn't exactly a new development with a site manager with a set of site plans in his hand.

I too traded my motivation for a FTE 3 year subscription, so far it`s working out great but there are flaws in that plan.

Flaws are worth it sometimes.
Just had another inch of rain, came in at 4 again, sure wrecks the day fast.

I hope we never ever go back to the drought years, it was getting too close earlier this year but looks great so far now.

I'm glad I canceled going to that show that took place today, there was supposed to be a 90% chance of a thunder storm in Thunder Bay. Would have been a 300 mile wasted trip..

If the forecast isn`t good I never attend any out of town shows any more, I`ve been met with rain too many times.

I don't mind driving in the rain but don't want to sit in the rain at a show. Last year on our way home from the same show we ran into a real down pour that just started to clear up when we pulled into Dryden..

Thunder bay gets some powerful and cold storms come in off of Superior, temp drops and next thing you know, your soaking wet and freezing cold. They have some tough weather springs.

Last year there was a storm that was brewing all around the park but didn't hit until it was all over which was nice..

Late this afternoon the skies got real dark and it looked like we were going to get rain but instead it cleared off.
