A very cold snap here too John, I don`t even want to know what the wind chill is!
I had the same experince with a stero install with a guy from Kijiji Grant, next time it`ll be a stero shop. It cost me more for a hack job leaving me very frustrated.

The guy said he'd refund me $50.00. Better than nothing.

Same kind of weather here today, thankfully I didn't have to be out to much.
Glad you got the stero working, and at least the Kijiji guy made an attempt to make things right.

Morning boys. Didn't quite get as cold as it was supposed to last night. I'm ok with that. Worst part about the cold for me is the dryness. Gives me nosebleeds Humidifier running full bore still can't keep the humidity above 50%.

Got some cabinets built for our kitchen yesterday. Just a few uppers. The simple ones to start I have to do it in stages so we can move dishes and things around as I go, and hopefully have minimal time with stuff scattered around the house.

Got to get the 2010 F150 work truck in for an oil change this am. Its overdue but its always hard to find the time to get it to the shop, or do it ourselves. We don't have a heated shop big enough to do it ourselves anyway. Some year...

Have a great Monday everyone!!

Happy Monday mornin'all. Sherm: Quit pissin off you wife and you wouldn't have to worry about nosebleeds. Seriously. I feel your pain. I have sleep apnea and use a machine. It has a built in humidifier, and lately I have to crank up the moisture level. Have a great day guy's.

Things going good here, John. Quite windy here now but temp is not too bad considering its January. Our municipality hasn't even had to plow the roads once this year so far. They must have saved a lot of money so far in diesel and repair costs. I imagine the municipal workers could have used the work though.

Warmed up a bit today but then we got a bit of snow. Still not enough snow around here to get excited about.

Morning boys. Supposed to have warmed up a touch over night... While the air temp may have increased, the wind has come up and decided to knock the "feels like" temp back down.

Seen a pic of a 15 year old boy last night, son of a some friends we used to spend a lot of time with a few years back until family happened and life got too busy for everyone. Anywho, he was diagnosed with cancer which had started in his tailbone/hip area. A couple days ago he had one leg amputated. I don't know if I have ever felt so grateful in my life as I have these past few weeks thinking of that little guy. I think we take our health for granted way too much, but it could be so quickly and suddenly taken away. The little man seems to be in good spirits so far through it all, they are a very close family, and while its been hard on them all, they are knitting together and doing very well considering the situation. For me and for everyone, just a reminder to be thankful for every day we live a normal life.

Truck talk...had the oil changed in the 2010 F150 yesterday. They fixed the command start for us too... We get to do some towing with mama's 5.0 again this coming weekend. Heading to Regina to meet some people and buy a couple little cows

Have a great day guys!!

While it has warmed up it`s not much warmer, that wind certainly isn`t helping.
Starting with little cows and workin your way up Sherm?
No much happening here that`s exciting other than some income tax planning, what`s new in Ont and Manitoba?
