That doesn`t mean I have to like that word John, so far nothing in the way of snow forecast for here so I`m really hopping spring is finally here.

At least we`re warmer than that, 4°C over night and 10°C tomorrow with a 40% chance of rain. No improvement till about next Thursday`s high of 15°C.
The weather is good enought that I can work on my MF 35 tractor and my 53 M100 with out having the furnace on. I`m done trimming my trees for now, I will get back to that a bit later.

I knew it would likely would happen as soon as I washed my Mustang today, 20 minutes of light rain, sleet and snow.

Evening Morris, nothing but bright sunshine here today, I would have let you wash your car in my driveway...

Thanks for the offer John but the rest of the day was dry, just that 20 minutes of wet stuff. Late last summer my well that I have for yard use had a bunch of mud come in it burying the well pump so it`s a good thing I have city water line hook up for household use. Not sure if I`m going to try recovering the well or not.

Is that a Kobota Colin?
I priced out a lead exhaust pipe to the muffler for my old 60`s MF 35, it`s less than 3 ft long and MF wanted $190?
A muffler shop made one up for less than $30.

Yes it is, it has been a good tractor. I know what you mean about parts from a dealer. I was going to order some cables for my tractor last fall but, when i found out how much they were going to be I got them made up. The dealer was going to charge me $300 each and I got them made up for less than a $100 each.

Morning boys. Its a chilly one again this morning. Spring is sure having a hard time warming up to the idea of staying. It was snowing yesterday, quite heavily at times but not sticking to the ground at all thankfully.

Hope everyone is doing well. Have a great weekend boys!!!

Good morning everyone, it's cool out there but the frost should soon burn off with the bright warming sun..

I think top speed for mine is 7mph. Thankfully I don't have to go any where with it.

After almost a year of trying to get my 50 to run as it should I have given up. I drove it down to the shop yesterday and they are going work on it. I am also going to get them to fix the brakes and replace the exhaust manifolds. The mechanic was very impressed with the condition of it. He has many old fords sitting around his shop.

Cold and windy here this morning also.

Good afternoon on a cold and windy day folks.
7mph isn`t bad for traveling across the yard but I find that even 12 mp is a bit slow in my Bobcat when going to my son`s place just down the road from me.
It`s great to find a mechanic that`s into old Fords, not many of them around any more.
Hope your day becomes warmer John, it`s the same here.
