Happy Thursday mornin'all. Hot here too, with rain in the forecast starting Friday, ending Monday. If it's not too humid, I hope to finish my truck off for the season. Have a great day guy's.
Good evening everyone, another hot one here today in the 30's, managed to get the fenders, air deflectors and grille blasted today and one inner fender. Just the hood left and fan shroud to do and then start spraying the epoxy. Pretty much on schedule for the winter months that is coming.
Morning boys... We can't escape it Gerry...unless you winter in Arizona Hopefully this winter is an easy one tho. Easy as in 18 above and having to cut grass... My wife is excited for winter because there is so much less to do on the farm. She doesn't clear the snow except a path to the animals, though this year with the sheep there will be a longer path to clear.
Gerry we got the sheep for meat. They're a haired sheep, not woollies, so the meat is supposed to be mild but tasteful, not the "mutton" taste. More like a lean venison. I'm not sure if I'll be able to butcher them to be honest...right now they're pretty wild, but we really want to associate with them and be able to handle them. Here's a couple pics of our little flock, as well as the '90 with a load and the '01 I just bought for work...
And here's a big mutt at the house I was working this week. I fell in love with the guy. Big gentle giant
Great pics sherm, love that dog, looks very friendly. I'm thinking of taking the day off seeing as my back is giving me grief today. Hope you all have a good day and great weekend.
