Morning boys. Cold one out there this am. We were going to go to a wildlife exhibit in Regina today but I don't feel like unnecessary travel this time of year.

They have incredible reviews, perhaps one of the best bang for your buck adventure bikes out there. It is a tall bike, which would be a problem for some. I should be ok. I can tip-toe it, but have enough weight to hold it down at a stop. I'm excited. Out of the 5-6 bikes that I have owned or had the opportunity to ride, I have always looked to the V-Strom with curiosity but didn't have the nerve to bite on one because they seemed too purposeful. Now I'm excited to have one for that same reason You have the V-star right? We'll have to plan a little day trip this summer. I'll ride to Regina, we can rip across to Saskatoon, meet up with Morris, and have a little tour around...

How many other members have bikes?

Hoping to get my welder working today. Something is amiss with it inside. Hoping its just a loose or broken wire or something.

Have a great day guys!!

Good afternoon to all that lurk here.
It did turn a lot colder Bridgeford, I can`t wait for spring to arrive.
Indy sounds like a nice place to visit about now Grant.
Sounds good Sherm, likely I`ll still have my Honda for at least part of this summer. Be extra careful when checking out your welder.

Morning boys. Another chilly one out there. Last night I was going to take the dogs for a run around the property. My old lab got 2/3rds towards the back half of our place and decided it wasn't for her. Sat back on her rump with all her paws in the air and wouldn't move. I called off the run

A summer ride would be great. Being able to ride in the winter would also be great lol. Not going to happen here though.

The welder is working 100%. Turns out I am no smarter than I look. I had forgot to place the breaker in the proper slots in my panel to get the 240, so it was only drawing 120 and wouldn't work. Now I just have to practise. Its not the easiest thing to work with as a newbie. The rods stick to the metal if you don't hit it just right... You guys likely all know more than I do about AC welding. Oh well, I'll catch on.

Have a great day guys. Stay warm!!

Morning sherm , your settings might be too low, can't say for sure as I haven't done a lot of stick welding. Those dogs know what's best for them...lol

Have a good day everyone...
