Morning boys. Slept in more than I wanted to this am... Oh well. Might as well enjoy the last of the holidays.
Went for some bales yesterday. Hauled home 5 large round bales with the wifes 5.0L. It wasn't a bad pull. 5 bales weight about #6000 or so. I have a pic uploaded to photobucket but it wasn't cooperating to post it here.
I love white trucks Morris. Some guys hate them and say it looks like you are driving a fleet vehicle all the time. I like it cause it hides a multitude of sins, looks sweet when its clean, and its easier to keep clean. The new "blue denim" color from Ford is a real nice peaceful blue color too but it doesn't really suit the bricknose body in my opinion.

Here's what I've been working on during the holiday's. Also is a pic of my shed. where I plan to store my truck next winter. I just have to build another one for my yard stuff. The shed is well insulated, and the 56 will fit just right.

TN John: We're a hardy bunch up here. No problem lying under a vehicle at -30, lol. Problem is, it takes 2 hrs to drain 4 quarts of oil at that temp. It gets so cold up here, that when everyone plugs their block heater in, the street lights dim.
ON. John: That shed would only be for storage, but I could do some minor work inside. I've got 2 ceramic heater's, and it will make it comfortable in there. Just got in from flooding the rink. At -4, and the forecast is the same for about a week. I can only do a light skim in the evening every time I flood. Hope to have it ready to use by next weekend.
