Happy Thursday mornin'all. Sherm; I don't believe your dog is pregnant! It's gotta be: Hey Guy's! I bought a package deal on the weekend. A new sled and 56 Ford F100 driver. Oh ya, and my wife's pregnant! That's a good rumor. Where's Gerry been at? The kid's are back to school. Who's driving the buss? Have a great day guy's.
Congratulations on acquiring a 56 driver sherm and the sled which I thought you were no longer into but I guess since winter has set in and the wife is already pregnant your may as well go out and play in the snow....
Well...**** me. So much for secrets nowadays. Let me tell you, I would be ecstatic about one of my dogs having puppies, but they're all spayed A '56 driver would be a dream come true. I have 0 interest in owning a new sled anytime soon...and if my wife came home and told me she was preggers, the FTE boys in Texas would have heard the boom when I hit the deck...
So, back to reality, winter is back...its cold and its snowing. Me and my business partner were dreaming of biking today... We both bought at the same time, and will likely pick up at the same time too. The word excited doesn't come near to expressing our feelings...
Ok, I play the rumour thingie....I firmly believe that Gerry has been abducted by aliens.....will have almost conclusive proof soon.
Pictures please on the new ride Shem.
Morning boys... I think Gerry was taking some time to convince the Mopar corp that they should change the Dodge emblem to it does not look like a picture of female reproductive organs...
Yep its a street bike. Its a new 2014 Suzuki V-Strom DL1000. Its classed as an adventure touring. I have to get luggage for it yet.
I love Harley's, and would love to own one again some time but having 9 miles of gravel to drive every day isn't best suited to a Harley. This V-Strom should be capable of handling lots of different terrain with its higher clearance and somewhat knobby tires.
While I'm in the pic mood, here's one of mama's truck hauling bales...
Here's a pic of one corner of my little shop. I should have taken a "before and after" for comparison...
Hello John, Grant, Colin, Sherm and all who lurk here.
Nice street bike Sherm, reminds me of the one you had a few yrs back. That`s quite the load on mama's truck, those bales do weigh up.
That 53 driver is exactly what I`m aiming for with my 53 M100 resto rod, minus the big wheels.
