i got alot done this morning. spent the rest of the day huntin' for parts. but thats part of my job. and checking on the car wash as well. but its going good so far.
and i'm looking forward to going back to omaha for a week. and my wife the good woman that she is set it up for me.

i wish... weird how being self employed often leads to working way more than normal people with real jobs. i laughed at a young guy the other day, he's been working for a flooring co. for a while doing their installs. so he figures he's ready to go out on his own, sick of working 8-530 hours. i had a chuckle and said, you got a lot to learn boy... spoke to him the other day and he says...i guess you're right...

running a self made business is harder than you think. i struggled with mechanic on the go for 3 years before i started making a living off of it. alots changed in the last 2 years.
and i ran that for 10 years.

Your right Sherm, being self employed does have many benefits but short hours isn`t usually one of them......

Our forcast said that for a few days too but as usual, it's changed. But it still isn't to be too bad I guess. Depending on which forcast you look at too....

today it was kind of cool. had some drizzle this morning. i don't think it got much over
60* today.
i didn't get a whole lot done today either. waiting for parts for the chevy astro van and
and the lincoln. i did get the MB done. until my getty boss broke the windshield. he was out driving the thing and the hood flew up and yes blasted the windshield. hey atleast it wasn't me....

It was really nice here today. I got my riding lawn mower up and working properly again, and mowed about 3/4 of the yard. Some places I had to go over 4 times to knock down the crap that grew there!
