illinois is illinois.......
kinda sucks......jobs leaving, unemployment up, area is turning into a ghost town~
life on my end could be better.......but it could be a whole lot worse, so, I am ok with it~~
what sucks about oregon?? at least YOU get snow!!

cold temps mean you can snuggle up in front of the fireplace.....fluffy pillows, fuzzy blankets, hot chocolate, marshmallows, and that special person......mmmmmmm, warm fuzzies 
ice is the only thing about the snowy cold that I dont like.......LOVE THE SNOW~~~

you can always pile the fluffy pillows, throw the fuzzy blankets, grab the hot chocolate and marshmallows.......
pretend you are in front of the fireplace (red thin material over a lampshade)...put the marshmallows on a toothpick and roast them with a lighter......LOL

WVU Won!. I was not sure about it during the first 1/4. But at the end, it looks like they were just toying with them during the first. They just kicked their BUTTS!

hi all,
yeah i live 32 miles west of mt.hood or timberline lodge, they get snow all the time. its a ski resort. but here in sandy we don't get much snow. all we get is rain and if it does snow it doesn't last more than a few hours.
except for that storm we had in 04' were we did get snow and it rained then froze! sooo.. we had 12inches of snow and 3inches of ice on top of it! i had to chisel my way into my truck and get the chains out and put them on, and when i backed out of my drive way i slid all the way down the hill with chains on! that was fun! thats what shout down i-84 and all the truckers were stranded for 2 weeks. that was in troutdale,or. that was when i first moved here. but no we see allot of rain. it only snows above 3000feet. omaha,ne. gets more snow than we do.
