It was a frosty day today, but my wife and I braved the cold to start on our barn preservation project. Its an iconic old barn, but has quite the accumulation of old straw bales in there that are in various stages of decay and in turn deteriorating the floor of the loft.
That's a '50's dodge truck. Came with the place. I also have a pontiac chieftain in another corner. There was a '40's Fargo truck here but the son of the previous owner wanted it.
I`m not sure about about starting a new thread for 2014.....I`d sooner keep this one running till it hits 50,000...what does everybody think about that?
I love seeing old barns Sherm. You look very frosty, hopefully that Ford toque can keep you warm.

Happy Thursday mornin'all. Another frigid day. It's supposed to warm up tomorrow, but with 4 inches of snow forecasted. Have a great day guy's. Morris I agree with you by hitting the 50,000 mark
Morning Everyone!!
Praying for a few things, and warmer weather is one of them. Getting cabin fever already and its only the 2nd day of Jan......
Great looking Barn/yard there Sherm!! Lot's of potential to restore that baby!! Maybe even resorect that ole Dodge too!!
Going to brave the cold with the kids today. Getting sons quad warmed up and we're going to make a track on the driveway!! May even pull the sled out and take them but I think that'll be pushing thier comfort/frost bite level a bit too much.
Try and get outside for a couple hours and burn some energy. Heck, I may even pull out the Race buggy and bounce it off the rev limiter a couple times!! 11,000rpm does the soul gooooooooooood!!
