Picked up a 78 recently. They seem to be very hard to come by in the Seattle area. It's a 150 with 250 running gear and a 460. I'm still going through it to figure out what PO's have done.

I posted these on a couple other threads as I had just got Buford all cleaned up and pulled out of the garage for the first time.......so, I figured I'd post them here as well since it fits the thread.

I picked my 350 CS up in April and LOVE IT! I was a little worried by some PO mods and a less than steller re-paint but took a chance. I have most of the really goofy stuff cleaned up, and drive it everyday.
Had the bench seat with the riser which you gota have to make it workable even for the munchkins.......gotta work on some kind of head rest for the back though to many "klunk daaaaad slow down" moments

Thank you sir!.....I'm pretty pleased with how he came out as well. I still can't get an insurance policy, so I can't drive him yet, but all things come to those who wait. It'll give me time to keep cleaning.....there's a lot of dust and wax residue to contend with (black paint is a pain, but it was his original color...I wanted to at least marginally stay true to what he was.)

Got a 78 d60 front d60 rear 4speed overloads just getting ready to do the cummins swap will be posting as i go SO anyone who has done it and can offer sound advice its all welcome 91 cummins nv4500 will do turbo and pump upgrade after its in and running
