Good sunny Saturday morning Washington, Tim, Wayne, Ken and all the crew. Looks to be a beautiful day in my part of WV with plenty of sun and in the low 70's by noon. It is already 63° and 1000est!
I hope everyone had a great Weekend Eve party and didn't overdo it. I was doing pretty good and about to call it quits at 2100 but I had a nice surprise and the kids stopped by for an hour. We had a good time talking. Where we live in the country and have a pretty good view of the sky, Grandson and I stood out front and watched the sky. We thought for a minute we may see the ISS be after looking at the ISS app realized it was just below the horizon. So, we looked for other things in the sky.
I had to go into the Sammich Factory for a couple of hours yesterday and that kind a disrupted out normal Friday routine. Actually, the routine didn't happen - It was an Ad hock day! LOL
I am sure we will go out and do our Routine today and I can take Honey out for her Birthday dinner, which was yesterday! Then home and do some yard work and brush clearing!
Rod, sounds like a good evening with the kids. It's always fun watching the night sky, lots of things moving around up there. Happy Belated Birthday to your honey!
Starting the the day at 33° on its way up to 60°, clear skies as far as I can see..... from my computer desk. LOL
We got another water meter installed yesterday and the new main line cut over. We also found and repaired a water leak in the process. We have eight more meters to go, and our little water system will be fully metered.
Mornin' all, expecting a perfect Chamber of Commerce weekend here. Nothing but blue skies and sunshine with temps in the mid 60's. I guess I've goofed off enough this morning. Time to go out and get some yard work done.
Wayne, Hope you got your yard work done yesterday.
It looks like it's going to be another nice day in my neck of the woods. No Easter plans today. We have lots of spring things to do outside still, Maria is going to continue on with the pruning. I will be picking up the trimmings and hauling them to the chipper. I may even hang out in the shop a bit; I have been working on a knurling kit I bought a while back.
Good Easter evening, everyone. I hope everyone had a good weekend. Did a little yardwork but spent more time cleaning up some of the mess in my shop. I'm making a commitment to doing something constructive out there this summer, and it's going to take a bit of spring cleaning to be able to accomplish that. There's been way too much life in the way for the last several years and I want to have a little fun before it's too late.
Good morning WA...Welcome to April!!! Gotta watch out for those April Foolers today. Hope y'all had a great Easter...now...back at it for those of you who are still at it!!!
Looks to be another wonderful spring day here in the Northwest!
Projects for the day: Drink coffee, read the water meter for the water distract, work on the raised garden bed rebuild, work on my knurling kit in the shop, go to town and return a couple of things to the plumbing department that I didn't need on the last job. And then end the day relaxing with a Beer!
