I must have missed it, but why are you not using the turbo oil supply line that came with the Irate kit? Just personal preference or gut feeling perhaps?
Also, you are the first person I have read about having the 4R100 dipstick issue. I am glad to see you got it sorted out.
I believe I also had to “massage” my trans dipstick tube with the CSD kit. Nothing fancy here, just bent until they didn’t touch. Seems like mine was down lower under the truck though so easy to get some bending leverage. Sorry, my memory is slipping on the details.
Looking good PriusLover! Keep the updates coming. I’m really enjoying watching this build.
FTN: I'll put together a build sheet on my four line feed when I'm done with everything. I think it comes out cheaper than the CNC kit.
Here's a mockup of the layout. Much better than the RR lines in terms of accommodating the turbo oil drain, reducing likelihood of chafing, and keeping a clean look in the valley.
Decided to get some extra Techflex F6 sleeving to put over the hoses. Here's what they'll look like:
Looks good. Anxious to see the build list on the fuel lines.
I strongly recommend Loctite 545 thread SEALANT or a similar anaerobic thread sealant for your fuel lines. If using a Teflon paste, I prefer Gasoila brand over the watery rector seal products.

Just to be clear, on the pipe threads, not the AN/JIC bits.
Coincidentally, I use TechFlex on the handlebar of my bicycle.
Nice! I take it you are a triathlete with that style of bike? Interesting that you have gone for a 1x drivetrain. I do not have the legs to make the leap to that. Running tubeless also?
As for wrapping the bars with TechFlex, I must warn you it offers absolutely no shock absorption. It also needs adhesive underneath to keep it from spinning and slipping on the bars. I only switched because I seem to have a talent for peeling bar tape of the bars very quickly as I ride.
I mostly built it up this way because it's really, really fast compared to a standard road bike. Triathlon was a future goal yes but got shelved due to aforementioned health issues. Tubeless rims but still use a tube as the sealant makes a mess on the rims (I put it in the tube instead).
Hmm seems like some soft grip tape on the bars, then cover with techflex to help the tape last longer? Regardless the solid look is pretty cool.
Back in truck world, I got fed up with the BBQ paint not wanting to dry properly on the engine (worked fine on the other parts), so I gave up and threw paint strip on to take everything off.
Then masked off everything save the engine iron, wiped down with acetone, and shot a couple coats of black Rust-Oleum 2X primer. Already looking good:
Per the specs it's an acrylic modified aklyd—oil based enamel that's been beefed up with acrylic, so it should be hardier than the standard can of Rust-Oleum.
I used that paint on the front bumper/valence of my 2003 and was very impressed with how it held up to bumps by foreign objects, drive thru carwashes, bugs and road debris. FWIW
