Finally in correct position!
Congrats, it has been awhile for you. I know the feeling. I am still fighting with the bell housing bolts on my '93! That thing looks great by the way.

I figure the engine will have the most movement relative to the frame/cab. The cab and frame flex but rubberized clamps should allow smaller movements than engine torque motor movements... Does anyone else see anything I might be overlooking (before I fill and bleed the system)?

Clutch now activates with the pedal!
I also primed the oil and it shows 50-60PSI
Started accessory installation, getting too hot to work comfortably so hopefully more this evening.

Where are you located,? We are smoked out from the two big fires east of Los Angeles. Neither is close to us here in the desert.

Home from fire evacuation last Sunday. Got some time this weekend to weld brackets. Dana 24 shifter bracket, transmission and bracket are cut, welded, painted and installed! The tunnel cover needed the shifter hole moved forward and is done but the paint is drying. I still need to work out the exhaust as a last conversion to work out.

Dana 24 divorced transfer case shifter originally bolted to the side of a T98 transmission so a bracket was required for this new process transmission.

Transmission bracket was kept simple too since it only needed 1” drop below the frame

Glad you are back at your place and it is still there. Great to see some progress pics. No question it should be strong.

The driveline between the transmission and transfer case needed TLC. Its now clean and black. New u-joints tomorrow.

The transmission shifter hole had to move 2.25” forward.
