Still loads to do on the doors and cab. Some idiot appears to have sat on the cab roof! I popped most of it out except behind the center brace and wrinkles near the edges. Cab corners are rusted out like everyone else’s...

Do you need to put new guts in the doors! I found that more frustrating than anything else!

You make that sound so appealing!

Take lots of pictures. I stripped everything out if my doors and donor cab doors. I even laid the parts on doors and took pics so I would remember when I got back to reassembly. I work slower than you and probably older too so i helps me.

My full time job slows progress but I know baby steps still get you there! Every task is one closer to the goal no matter how small it feels as long as you dont need to do it over.

The trouble wasn't getting things in the right place but to get them adjusted properly. Probably worked too fast being such a kid that I am! lol

Naked

I drove around my area sans all body parts since I needed to move the cab into the paint booth anyway. Decided to run it enough to get warmed up. It felt as if my truck was NAKED!

That a boy Brett! I am proud of you. By the way, your truck is naked! But not for long!

Weeping

New radiator is weeping in the fins somewhere when it comes up to pressure. This makes me weep too! I bought it at the beginning of the project around the first of the year. I have contacted CJ Ponyparts and told them about the defect and hopefully the manufacturer stands by it and warranties it since it sat in the box until recently. Took almost 8 weeks to get it to start with. It has less than 2 hours runtime, I expect more than that!

Man, that stinks. What brand it is? Looks like a decent bead across the bottom so someone knew what they were doing! I just replaced the one in my '93 yesterday. Not my favorite job. 500 miles since I put the engine back into it and now it needed a radiator! What is going on? After putting the radiator in I pulled out of the shop and the right rear tire was down close to the rim! Filled it up and ran up to my buddy's place and he pulled a 1 1/2 inch brand new sheet metal screw out of it! When it rains it pours but we still have a great life!
