Also, when going thru the order guide the seating info for both the King Ranch and Platinum does not mention anything about massaging seats. I'm wondering if that has be eliminated for 2020. If so, the wife will be disappointed.
The ordering guide states they are multi contoured, which means they are the massaging seats.
You can try requesting a brochure, although I dont know when they will be available. Otherwise getting a PCO is a random thing.
You'll have to talk with the dealers about pricing on a 2020, often they will sell at invoice or bellow without any plan pricing. Are you a Costco member? Costco member pricing was something like $1100 under invoice when I checked a few months ago.
ive been a Costco member since 1989 and have never seen $1000+ under invoice.
I will be ordering the tesla style center console immediately to make sure I do not have screen envy. It is a shame Ford missed this, But an electronic parking brake and auto folding mirrors is a nice add.
If the electric parking brake is tied into the hydraulics that will be a bonus.
My parking brake has never been of much use and eliminating the brakes in the drum will eliminate them from rusting out and falling apart.
I gots to ask FORD, why the football field turning radius on the F 350's . EVEN my wife noticed it and hated it. Can't make a u Turn on a 4 lane road...
That is pretty simple. Unless the axle is a wide track allowing more clearance space from the tires to the suspension components, there simply isn’t enough room to turn the tires tighter.
Wide track front axles are available as an option on class 8 trucks, and it allows an extra 2” of suspension clearance allowing more turning angle, and it makes a world of difference.
I would not feel bad or a phony to join an organization for an X plan opportunity. The organization benefits by getting your membership fee. You can check with organizations you are already a member of to see if X plan is a benefit. Just a word of caution, the organization I'm a long time member of required being a member for at least 6 months to qualify for X plan pricing. I don't know if this is common practice or not but you should check before joining an organization to get the X plan benefit.
You can build your truck on nadaguides.com and get the invoice pricing. The 2020 model year is not available yet for pricing and probably won't be until you can build and price on Ford's web site. For reference on my build, invoice was 5% below MSRP for the truck (F250 Lariat CCSB, 4x4, 6.2) and 9% below MSRP for each of the options.
When I ordered my 2011 F-350 Capital One’s auto finance section had guaranteed pricing similar to Costco etc.
the build & price matched Ford’s actual order sheet right down to the codes.
And as an added, the website put the build out to 5 dealers that then bid on the truck. Price didn’t vary much but I did get the dealer of my choice to match the lowest offer.

I’ve been a Costco member also for many years. Because of this post I went to Costco’s automobile purchasing website last Friday evening and they clearly stated in my area dealers are giving a 1000 below invoice or a 1250 below invoice at a Costco suggested dealership. They link you up and a dealer will contact you ASAP as they did in my case the very next morning. The dealership was less than 10 miles away. Even the dealer said Costco’s probably the best plan out there.

It looks like the Costco price varies based on the area market. My offer was $250 below invoice from a dealer that is 70 miles away and known for aggressive pricing. For any given market, Costco is likely the best, no haggle price you will get so definitely worth pursuing.
