Josh are you still doing "Y" pipe repairs for the 6.0L?
I sent a guy your way.

    Hi Josh,

I know this is a years old forum topic, but I wanted get your $.02 on a 3G conversion. I have a 65 '352, and scored a shiny Motorcraft 3G alt from a 96 Taurus. It wasn't until after I did this that I realized this conversion may not play well with my year truck/motor. The diagram in the old thread is ridiculously easy to follow, and I don't know why it WOULDN'T work. Am I good to go?

Haven't seen you on the forum in a while but wanted to know if you still fix up-pipes and what you you charge.

I am looking for better options for an "up-pipe" over the stock one for a 2004 6.0

Do you make an up-pipe that does not have the bellows and works with the EGR cooler?

And since I see some references to the the Y pipe, what can you tell me about what you can provide.

I am planning to replace both within some weeks, when I get my replacement turbo.

Please let me know, thank you.

Josh: more questions from Alberta Canada!

I recently suspect I have a fuel problem. Truck running well and then just bogging with no pedal response etc. don't have a clue. I suspect injector issues as a premature and wild guess, due to the rough knocking as it runs. I suppose I can limp it to my dealer and see if they can identify the problem. Last time I did that, they changed 2 injectors and it never fixed it so they did some other repair, and charged me for all of it as they were "certain" it was all necessary by the codes they had!!?? If I had the DashBoss, does it identify misfiring injectors? Or do I need that SX4 code reader ? Do you sell DashBoss and OBDS plug? Need to find one that will ship to Canada. If I could find a private person - could save taxes/duties/goods & service tax etc. I need to figure out this fuel (or lack thereof) problem. Will change the filter next weekend, but don't think that is the problem.
    Thanks. Wheatted
