What’s that have to do with painting the motorcraft shocks white, adding a rubber boot and sticking a decal on the side?

My toungue was firmly in my cheek. I agree w you "rancho branded". Sony branded. Maybe sony not best example as I'm not a fan. But if b & o actually made the audio equipment it would sound much much better. It's all marketing.

Anyone know what the up charge is for the 7.3 over the 6.2 on a F250 XLT is. Still trying to figure out just what the tremor is going to cost me. If it wasn’t for the tremor I would get a SCSB xlt Fx4 with 6.2. Looks like I need to add the price of the crew cab and 7.3 and tremor together , but is there any discount for getting the 7.3 with the tremor? I’ve been on the fence on the super cab / crew cab. So having to get the bigger cab isn’t a big deal.

That's only half true. As you can see from 17 Oaks posts, the order banks are open and Ford is accepting orders. But only in CONCEPTS. It is not up in WBDO yet. We had this exact same thing happen last March when the 2019 order banks opened. I had an order in and the order acknowledgement in hand on 3/2/18 when the order banks opened yet many on here said it was impossible because dealer a, b and c said they couldn't order one yet.
17 Oaks's order acknowledgement is from CONCEPTS.
If they drag the old timer out of the back that knows CONCEPTS they can place an order in now. If there are just newbies at your dealer that only know WBDO, you'll have to wait.

I agree. The 7.3 will just be a forced option when you select the tremor package, and then you can upgrade to the 6.7 from there.

The shocks are made by Tenneco, an OEM supplier to Ford. Rancho is just a brand of Tenneco, along with many other brands you'd recognize.

I wouldn't expect them to be that great, aside from the limited slip front diff its basically an appearance package. Nowhere near what the Raptor is to the F150. Not that there would be any real point to making a SuperDuty that extreme.
