Excellent decision.

New chairs? Looks like a good time.

Radiator from Performance Radiator at the recommendation of family members, including Turbo. My delivery guy is going to start hating me lol

also picked up a new rear tire for my CR. Lord knows the other one is probably 15 years old from when the bike was my uncle's. My buddies and I are getting bike itch, so I think we'll try to hit Pacific Raceways MX or Riverdale MX here soon.

I hope that they pack that radiator better than Ford does.

My Ford Radiator was packed decent, picked it up from Horizon for a decent price too.

Performance is good stuff.

I would just tell the Delivery guy, I wanted to make sure he was busy.

Good guess...The green shelter was new this week. Not shown are a few Plano totes that showed up a few weeks ago for organizing gear. My wife was laughing at me for my tote-bromance I've been having. But she was looking for more by the end of the weekend for better organization.

My UPS guy and I are a first name basis. He was laughing at me last January when I kept returning truck boxes to Amazon that were damaged in shipping. The third shipment finally arrived undamaged.

We try to stay organized for camping too, I use those black and yellow tubs from Costco.

Wife made some Cioppino last night, was delicious.

Those Costco totes work good too. I wanted a latching lid, so went a different route this time.

That cioppino looks amazing. Now I have drool on my work shirt and a serious seafood craving.

Mm, seafood and old Metallica. Checking by made my night!

Contract extended, and offer official for this years King Crab season. I might normally pass, but this owner is one of only a couple that doesn't skim 80% off the top of the gross for a "permit lease fee", and it's the same owner of the ill fated F/V Destination. This means we get to fish the quota they would have been fishing this year, as well as our own. An unfortunate stroke of good fortune. Is that an oxymoron?

So, when I get home at the end of this month, instead of ordering the MegaMonsterSS C6 tranny from Monster Transmissions as I had planned, mamasita has approved the full roller. Builder undetermined, suggestions welcome. Preferably local enough to drive out and look the guy in the eye.

Also, salmon for the freezer is on its way home to join the halibut from the last gig, soon to be joined by king crab from the next gig. Just goes to show that every once in a while, for only a fleeting minute, ***** just goes your way.

Hey that sounds like fun! Speaking of car parts, I have all the parts for the Ex now. Being that it takes me longer than the usual joe to get around to fixing things, I've got a borrowed set of wheels for the time being. One of my best friends let me borrow his mid-90-something (95?) Outback Sport that wasn't being driven. It's beat up and there's parts held on with zip-ties, but I think it gives it personality, haha.

Congrats on getting a good contract with a good owner! Stay safe up there

Well, if no one else is going to chat I'll just keep rambling...because I've had a few berz and you know..

Metallica was pretty amazing. They know how to put on a stadium concert...unlike U2.

The kids are off to my parent's house this weekend, so I've already started my mods. As frustrating as adding accessories can be, it's my zen garden. This afternoon I FORscaned my truck and got rid of a bunch of annoying crap. No more fake V8 sound, no more double honk when I exit the truck when it's running (key fob in my pocket). Also turned on the engine and transmission temperature (digital readout) above the analog gauges. Finally, I enabled the "Bambi" mod...enabled high beams and fog lights simultaneously.

Finally, I've already started taking my front seat apart to install this modification. It will allow the cooling function to actually work on the seat back. Ford's half-butt TSB doesn't fix squat. With a little luck, I'll be done in time to relax in the afternoon.
