Looks great... the wheels look nice, clean and protected from the inside out. Please don't get mad at me.... but don't you think it kind of looks like a hub cap now?

In a way it could look like a hubcap...but you won't find hubcaps on this nice of a vehicle.

Won't the kleenwheels cause the rotors to warp due to limited ventilation?

No the rotors won't warp.

That's a tale that began with the old boots which were a different product that has long since gone out of business.

Even my Lincoln Merc dealer installs them (They did mine) with no problems. They have been recommending them for years.

How much air really blows sideways through the rim when going forward?

kleen wheels causing rotors to wapr doesnt even make sense. for years wheels were solid plus had a hub cap covering the entire wheel. what does cause rotors to warp is the cheap offshore steel used in the manufacturing process and the fact that rotors keep getting thinner to save weight may add to faster warping and just possibly the use of aftermarket pads that dont contain the right compound for your vehicles rotors could aid in warping. what ever it is that causes rotors to warp it is not the kleen wheels. i had 2 brand new taraus's both had warped rotors under warranty. my friend has a brand new nissan frontier with 16000 miles on it and his rotors have warped twice already under warranty. he saw my kleen wheels and is ordering a set too.

So where does the dust go if it doesn't go on the wheels, after the kleen wheels are installed?

fishrising the kleen wheels press all the way into the wheels the brake dust cannot get out through the front side of the wheel thats what keeps your wheels clean. the brake dust goes out the back side of the wheel that side gets dirty but u cant see it

Is there anything that is going to have to be cleaned more often on the inside of the wheel now that there will be more brake brake dust than what was spec'd by Ford engineering? Anything that will have to be "lubbed" more than usual? Suspension parts? Brake parts? Linkages?

No.

I don't think Ford has a spec for dust thickness, what about mud and dirt?

Question Kleen Wheels

With all those new "colors" out there now, they have the High gloss black listed. I'm guessing you guys are getting just the basic "Black Matt Finish", right?

yea, just the plain black. If I want a different color later I can just paint it with some high-temp paint.
