I would data log ICP, ICP Duty Cycle, FIPW, speed, MAP, Baro, EBP.

Also, take note of the initial Baro, MAP & EBP readings with KOEO (key on engine off)
Sorry, got delayed. Going to shoot for tomorrow. I printed out your post above for the data I need to capture.

Thanks, guys!

Can anyone explain why my KOEO EBP drops about 3 PSI when fully warmed up?

I'm guessing bad sensor....that's quite a big drop for KOEO. I'll look at mine today with AE.

Yes, engine off. However even running it drops when fully warmed up. I have another sensor which I plan to install this weekend.

OK I took the tube off and it wasn't clogged but I ran a spider snake thru it anyways, and some brake cleaner and compressed air, barely got anything out of it. (for you guys who don't live in swamp cooler country here is a spider snake, works great DIAL 24 in. Evaporative Cooler Spider Snake-4691 - The Home Depot )

Put the new sensor on and here are my numbers (cold engine):

KOEO:
BARO-13.5
MAP- 13.1
EBP- 13.1

KOER: (IDLE)
BARO-13.5
MAP- 12.9
EBP- 13.6

2000 RPM:
BARO-13.5
MAP- 13.7
EBP- 17.0

They all dropped, including BARO. Bringing the sensor voltage down maybe?

Baro never dropped. Are you looking at White Buffalo's numbers? My original numbers are in post #626. Only the EBP dropped, and the MAP drops slightly while idling.

At the 2000 rpm data point you should have seen about 3-4 lbs of boost. Sound right?

Boost=MAP-BARO

KOEO numbers on a cold engine look good.
