However after that, I went on a 5 mile bike ride with my wife (uphill almost the whole way at least that's what I felt like), this evening. I was following her, and honestly, I can't imagine why a person would hate or be as mad at, themselves enough to punish themselves as much as she punishes herself on her bike. I mean what did she do that was so bad to make her want to put her, (and me) in that much pain?

P.S. Seeking a phsycologist..
Ha Ha, too funny...Fatso.

On another note, I am at 192 also. Even after a weekend off the diet wagon.

LOL!!! I fell of the wagon for a while, I think the wagon broke. I damaged my leg and ankle pretty good two weeks ago when I slipped and fell into the frame of the deck. Its been swollen to about half again as big as the other one for those last two weeks, but doesn't hurt unbearably, so I keep thinking the swelling will go down, but it must have been a deep bruise, because its finally starting to surface down around my sock line and getting darker each day. There is a big knot on my shin, that I would have thought would have gone down by now, but maybe not? I dunno..
Then today my ankle started hurting pretty bad again, same one I dropped an ATM on a year ago, or so. I don't know if the two are related, but it keeps me from wanting to see how far I can run. Yesterday's bike ride seemed to not irritate the pain, so maybe I need to do that till things get better.

Oops, hope it's not too bad, and gets better sooner than later.
I'm at 190 this morning.

I'm Still hanging at 192, however it was the very bottom of 192, which I was pretty excited about. I proposed to myself that starting Monday I try out the treadmill again, we will see how it goes, going to give my ankle a few more days of not hurting before pushing it.

after a full weekend of stuffing my face, I came in at a whopping 200 lbs last night, but woke up this morning at 194. I need to get back to running again soon.

Weekends are hard on me.

Your stuffing the face weekend sounds like mine, Curtis. Unfortunately, my weight did drop back down.

me too, but its still swollen, perhaps I should just start out walking uphill, that doesn't seem to make it hurt at this time, the shock of running makes it feel like I got a bolt of electricity up my leg, through my lower back. perhaps it is broken. I dunno.

Curtis, Chad's right. More water = less cramps.
