I was naughty yesterday, I ate an early small lunch, got hungry early in the afternoon and got a couple slices of greasy pizza, ate three Cheeseburgers with bacon for dinner, then had a bag of honey roasted peanuts and some beef jerky about 12:30 in the morning for my drive home from Lawrence. I weighed in at 196 this morning. Honestly I expected to be 200 again, but was pleasantly suprised. Today is the halfway point of the week, if the rest of this week goes like the first half, I will probably focus on maintaining, if the week slows down I may try to see if I can knock out a few more lbs this week.
I weighed in at 196 this morning, maintaining pretty well considering my diet has been poor this week, and I haven't had even a moment to exercise, I have hopes of getting down to 190 by next friday, before the trip.
I was at 194 yesterday morning, but with snacks and a heavy dinner, I weighed in at 196 this morning.
We went to a funeral on Saturday, there was some food there (not the best for us). Some Honey Baked Ham and Turkey, some macaroni salad, and a bunch of sweets. Okay, enough of that. I weighed in at 193 this morning, and we made some fried green tomatoes, grilled corn, and grilled chicken yesterday for dinner.
I put in 51.9 hours overtime this week, food was not high on my priority list, so fast food was the killer, I weighed in at 197 this morning, today will begin my journey back down the slope.

I have been trying to stay away from fast food for quite a while now, and soda, and white bread, and . Good luck.
