without taking time to exercise and diet, I maintained last week at 200, which was a milestone for me, so I am glad I was able to maintain. I will shoot for 195 by the end of this week. we will see. I am not on call this week and have no excuses.

I weighed in at 198 this morning again, still shooting for 195 by the end of the week, and am hoping for it being Friday, but reality may be that I hit it closer to Sunday.

196 this morning, I believe I am on track to hit my goal by tomorrow, but have a wedding to go to on Sat, so, it might be difficult to hold on to my goal all weekend, we will wait and see.

197.5 yesterday morning. 198 this morning. I wish I could be 195 by the end of this week. Maybe next week. Keep up the good work.

MMMM Mexican Food.. I haven't had it for quite a while!!
I DID IT!!! 195.3 this morning!!!! (even though I though I sabataged my goal yesterday by eating a medium cookie dough blizzard from DQ, and then coming home and eating some of Julie's Bday cake, it was a few hours of weekness.)
I reached my goal for the week, two days before my absolute deadline!!!
Now if I can behave myself over the weekend, I will shoot for 190 by the end of next week.

Gained a pound over the weekend, but I had a wedding with open bar to attend, and I smoked a pork loin all day yesterday, the smell of it taunted me so when I finally got a chance to sink my teeth into it, I ate way too much.
