I'm fat! I'm fat! I know it! :-) Gotta love Weird Al

 

Another ones done, another ones gone, another 10lbs bites the dust!

So I am now no longer overly fat. I'm just plain fat. I have about 20 lbs. to go to no longer be fat. And another 5-10 to give me a bit of room before I start to try to build musle and get stronger. Of course that strength is intended to be built while maintaining my new lower weight.

Awesome, I fell off the wagon for a while, but my wife has joined a gym, and only has 10 lbs to lose, she has been on my butt about losing weight, I have lost 10 lbs in the last month, but I don't have the drive she does to lose the weight. Its hard to lose weight when eating on the road all the time.

 

I here you on the eating on the road thing. Grilled chicken sandwiches get old fast.

 

Yesterday I was stressed so went to the mexican restaraunt and orderd the giant burrito, it was awesome, of course that is the only thing I ate all day, but that wasn't because I didn't want to, it was because I was way too busy.

 

I guess we are hopping on the "lose 20 lbs" wagon too :-( I have done it before

 

Corned beef and cabbage is in the crock pot so I don't expect there will be any weight loss today.

 

weigh in day-- 267-- holy cow this thing is broken ? :-(

 

I weighed in this morning at 207, it was a pretty rough weekend for any kind of weight loss for me, I was super stressed out and really tired.

 

Holy mother of all that contains colesterhol-- I weigh 60 more lbs then you do

I need to get moving or Curtis will be as little as me at 198.

 

Dang folks, guess I'm the runt of the bunch. But I used to weigh more than Chad. A whole lot more.

So ya see. It really is possible. I just keep hearing the "Duke" say "That don't get it done pilgram" or Yoda in Star Wars taking to Luke, Luke : "I tried!" Yoda: "Try???????? Do or do not. There is no try." or Gibbs on NCIS say "Figure it out."

Dang I guess I'm the biggest in the bunch....I weighted in at 270. But I'm also 6' 3"
