We are on vacation, and ate at a few buffets, plus at Silver Dollar City, where you know they add calories to your food.
All in all, I didn't do too bad though, I only gained 2 lbs so far.
That's great. I think you shoud follow these tips to get effective weight loss results.
1. Avoid to eat fast food and also avois to eat other fat.
2. Drink more water.
3. Use green tea and vinegar to weight loss.
4. Must do some exercise like aerobics or any other cardio.
My wife and I already do #'s 1, 2, 4. And I drink Green tea at work instead of coffee.

I was at 199 this morning. I am absolutely NOT eating Mexican and Margaritas THIS weekend.
I held right at 200 almost all week of vacation, got up to 201 here at the last, but all in all not bad for a weeks vacation, I told myself that a few pounds on vacation was acceptable. After very little sleep the last few days, I couldn't bear the thought of waking up and running early this morning, so.... I must start tonight. I did go riding bikes with the girls last night if that counts for anything, we rode around a couple miles and called it good.
my 36 inch waistband jeans are starting to look really baggy on me, so my wife started buying me 34s, shorts, jeans, and she has quit buying me XL shirts, all my new shirts are L only.. I guess she is ready to see me get this show on the road.
200.0 this morning after the run. I would be hard on myself and think, "Wow, I was at 198 not too long ago, how did I let myself get to 201? but then I think about it and come to realize I was 205 lbs for about 20 years of my life and I am lighter now than I was then.
I have been at 199 for the past few days myself. It looks like I will be adding a few numbers to that this holiday and weekend too. We bought some ribs and are going to grill them Thursday, and our 28th anniversary is on Friday too (going out to eat). Oh well, I guess it will be back to the grind on Monday.
If I maintain my weight this week, I plan to push the envelope next week, and make a goal of 195 by the end of next week. If I can't maintain, I may focus on changing my diet again. I have been letting it lapse a little.
Well, I'm back at 200 after eating those ribs on the 4th. I guess I'll have to do the right thing and diet again next week to see if I can lose it and a few more.
I was 199 this morning after our BBQ and potluck with the neighbors. I figure that was pretty good considering all the chocolate chip cookies and brownies I ate.
