While my losses have been good I'm still less than 1/2 way to the goal I set for next year. Ifin I kin maintain the path I am on, I will start a thread about Kickin Colie Rado's bottie up down an side ways in .24 seconds. Yup an send me a whole bunch um baars. Them baars an I'll set down and smoke a ceegar an has a taste o sippin whiskey. Ain't no party like partying with baars.
well, contrary to my previous worry, I gained no weight on the trip, but I didn't lose any either. My wife said I looked thinner when I got home, guess I should have followed Jack's diet.
I lost 5 pounds since the last time I posted. Just being active I guess, because I haven't been in the gym for over a month, and wasn't exactly watching what I ate in Utah. So, that's 30 so far and 20 left to go. I hit the gym tonight after work and didn't die, so plan on making it a daily routine again.
1/2 way thar! Weighed this mornin. Been nearly 7 months since I weighed at the hospital on 2-29. Alowin 2.6 lbs fer my home scale readin low, I done did it.
Occordin to the med folks I am outta of the wheel chair again as of last thursday. So far so good. My right heel is holding up. If it makes it through this week I think I am good.
Hope that being back on my feet will help me reach the 2nd half of my goal faster than the first half. Would like to reach that by the end of next April.
I've been in the same 10 lb. range since before christmas. Doctor's changed a bunch of stuff up on me and it made it so things did not work. So I went back to mostly the old stuff and I finally broke the next lower 10 lb. range this mornin. Still a long way to go but it's movin lower again.
