I think you might be right!
Day one of exercise went well, except Jillian Micheals hates me and wants to see me dead. Day two has gone fine so far, but I didn't push myself as hard because I ran out of time.

got home at 11pm last night but had been looking forward to running on the treadmill all day, (don't really know why) so I did. Today I weighed in at 211 this morning. Hopefully I can keep up the pace for a while.

I bought it for Julie, but I am the only one using it... : ( anywho... I bought her the super duper, hi-tech, with internet, and lcd screen one. It has facebook, YouTube, etc.. etc..
I started excercising and pulled up my Cruz'n Mill video,
Which was great! except for when I found myself trying to stop, and lean into the corners when the vehicle turned or stopped, or when I was approaching the back of a vehicle that stopped. It took a bit to get past that mindset. I nearly hit the wall on about three occasions, and had to make corrective actions to keep from falling. LOL!!

Weighed in at 205 this morning, that's 11 lbs down since I got back from Ohio Friday before last. Same weight as I was 13 years ago today on my wife and I's wedding day.
Hoping to get down to 200 by Friday. I got a Dr's appt. Want my tests to go well.

I overindulged on dinner last night, so I was back up to 207, but it was our anniversary so I had to..
Then we went to Hangover III, it was better than the reviews it got. Julie and I both liked it, but don't make the mistake of getting up and walking out of the theater too quickly, one of the best parts is during credits.
