I done went and did it taday. Ya I did. Now I been doin what I needed ta do since I went in the hoppital back on 2-29. 4 times I strayed from my program. First was back right after I was outa the hospital the beginning of March. Had a bunch of Dr. appointments and stuff ta do so's I looked up and found a sausage muffin at Mickie D's matched my carb and cal #'s of my breakfast. That did not go well. Had a special day to celebrate the end of April and I went out on the front porch and had a mug of coffee. 1st caffeine I'd had since March 2nd. That night I went back out on the porch fer a ceeeegar an shot o sippin whiskey. Fathers day I went ta Cabellas and had 1/2 a Bison sandwich and diet Mt. Dew fer lunch. Took the other half home fer diner. Then on the 4th of July I went back out on the porch and fired up a ceegar and had a glass of sippin whiskey.

Been doin purdy good to. But taday weren't no special day ur nuthin. Had all kinds of running around to do and it was hot. Cain't run AC in the truck cause it gets hotter then me. On the way home I went by Wendy's. Now Ben would not eat yesterday. Day before yesterday I got him some pulled pork from Hog Wild and after that he wouldn't eat anything else. So I stopped in ta get Ben a double stack. I was hot and sweatin and thirsty. Onlist diet drink I saw on the menu was diet coke. So's I done went and did it. Ordered a med and I drank it. Ya I did. Didn't even try to hide it ur nuthin. Dang, just hope it weren't the first drop comin through the dam thet's gittin ready ta break. Next caffeine, sippin whiskey an ceeeegar was posed ta be in September when I go to Utah.

ugh.. my diet is going the wrong direction.. I tried to eat healthy, but haven't had time to exercise, just a lot of standing, and driving recently.

I kinda pigged out all weekend and didn't gain any weight.

Weighed in at 225 today. 5 lbs since we started, and 25 overall for me now. Half way to my goal of 50.

Great Job!!

I have been eating well, watching what I eat, but still gaining weight back, at least eating healthier, not so much controlling my portions, but not eating as much as I used to, not sure why I am still gaining weight, but I did weigh in at 20 lbs less than I did in Dec according to a physical I had a few days ago.

I started this, but plateaued, even though I have been eating healthier in the past month then I have my whole life.
