This last week was spent traveling to Ohio for a funeral, and lots of eating. I tried to eat healthier, but the 24 hours of sitting and snacking didn't help.
Same here, I also bumped up a couple of pounds. I'm in my "happy" zone of 215-220 so I'm not terribly worried. What worries me is eating while on the road here in a few weeks. I can only hope that I only shoot up 10 lbs and that I can get it back off within a few weeks.
I've been holding steady in the 175-77 range for the most part but need to up my game in the exercise department. That is harder to do with this hot weather.
Anyone else still watching the scales? I've been trending in the 220-230 range but in the late spring I was consistently weighing in at 215-220.
I know the holidays will do a number on me as they do every year, but I want to make a solid effort through the month of January with no cheats. Anyone else want to come along for the ride?
I will do what I can, I can't make commitments because we are going through a conversion between now and April, which means lots of meetings and missed or hurried lunches. I will try to attend though.
I was trying to get Jamie on board last night and she was very reluctant. She doesn't mind dieting through the week but she likes the weekend to look forward to for snacking and comfort foods. Sound like the best I may get on our end is cutting down to maybe 1 day a week of "free grazing" instead of the current 3-4 day.
So without doing much different-- went from 301 to 268-- Working out everyday for rehab must be helping. I also have not had any lunch for 2 weeks- which is odd for me. Don't know what's going on but will not complain.
I went the wrong direction this week. I am uncertain what changed, but it's probably too late to do anything about it for this upcoming week, as we have two Christmases this weekend.
