Yeah i know all about using cheap parts I learned that going the extra $5 to buy the higher quality is always a good choice.

Yeah it really is. These cheap gaskets were free so i figured what the hell.

I got the drivers header off. Lost daylight and decided to wait till today to finish it. Hopefully this takes care of the leak.

Well replaced the drivers side gasket. Still has a leak somewhere...

Anyway, I had the wife helping so she deserves credit. Here's the proof lol

I'm gonna double check everything and re-tighten the bolts. Hopefully that helps.

Very good. Nice to see the wife getting down and dirty Too bad you still have a leak somewhere. Maybe you should run a little seafoam in the intake to create smoke. See if it leaks from anywhere on the headers. I did that on my 88 Ranger and found a few leaks that i never would have noticed.

It isn't easy when you got 2 people working on it, and one of them is your pupil who is learning how to work on cars, it takes twice as long

True the drivers side is much easier. Lots more room. But i have to learn to take it slow and let her learn instead of going in and doing it all myself.

Nooo.. I meant if he were to pull the passengers side manifld by himself..
Ii give hii gotta give him a lot of credit for trying to teach someone to be handy with mechanical.. its not easy..
If it took 30 mins pull that manifold off.. it would take an hour teaching someone..

I gotta say that fordtrucks forum people have been a lot nicer too me than fullsizebronco

Yeah. I have tried to teach a friend of mine how to work on his own car. I would be scared to let him change the oil even. But he just has no will to learn anything...

Hopefully you can get the leak worked out. Maybe it isn't up at the heads but further down somewhere.

Good!! Atleast someone agrees wth me.. I asked for some opinions on what I should do with my winch bumper.. some people say get rid of the pipe and put sides by the fenders..
You know what I got... ..... "oh what a mess that looks like" one person said..
A lot of people should know that steve83 guy.. "oh scrap it and stop scabbing at other people"
??? Wtf man... ill just ask people here if I have questions
People are nicer and much more helpful on this forum.. rather than put down sayings on fsb..
I had to get that out of my system.. lol
But that rig is lookin sweet and TGMs is lookin good too
