I do wish i had bellhousing sfor all three. They need proper bearing retainers for 2 of them and one is missing the input shaft and another is missing a top cover. They all need to be rebuilt but those are the only missing main components. I have learned so much the past few days tearing these dowm and cleaning them.
There is a former Ford master tech that has DVDs for sale that go step bt step how to tear them down and repair them and what to look at.
I can't belieive how much 5.0 bellousings are on Ebay, if people did some research they'd find that a 3.8 T5 bellhousing will bolt up to a small block Ford V8 and only requires that you use a 164 tooth flywheel vs a 157 tooth....and 3.8 bellhousings are less then half what a 5.0 one costs.
I have taken all three of these T5's apart and wiped them down and power washed the cases. Hopefully I can find homes for the 2 I don't need as I'd hate to see them get junked.

Sht... how far were you from fredericksburg va?
I was just down there for vacation
Man.. I have a C-4 bellhousing and tranny. It came off a 302 as well. It might not be the same thing, i don't know. We got the tranny and engine for free from some neighbor a few blocks away. I doubt the trans is worth anything but scrap and the engine is already half way torn down. My parents want to keep the engine to use in a Donor car some day. If you think the bellhousing for a C-4 would be applicable for a T5 then maybe we can work something out.
Drive the Bronco today. I had planned to clean it up and patch a section of rust but nature's decided to rain all day.
Still dealing with this exhaust leak. The fan is all mechanical so no easy disconnect. I heard that with these metal gaskets you jave to get the motor warmed up then tighten the bolts. Thats not an issue for half the bolts, but ill give it a try. I have a burnproof sleeve sonewhere around here...
I didn't pull the fan either for the same reason, I just did a top end and headers. In hindsight, it probably would have been cheaper/quicker to pull the fan. And it depends on the type of metal gasket, I believe. It should get tighter when warmed up, so proper torque cold will only be (effectively) tighter when warm as the components expand due to heat. It does need to be re-torqued after a few cycles, though.
