Yeah i have heard form a lot of others that FSB has "ruder"(probably not a word) members. thats why i stick with FTE, just about everyone here is friendly and willing to answer even the really nooby questions.
thanks TGM is my pride and joy.. And my daily driver/project.. Slow and steady.
Haven't tried the seafoam in the Bronci yet. Been working on the coupe.
You can run seafoam through the brake boosters vacuum line. Ive done it a few times on the coupe eventually with no issies. Just have to hold it just right so it only gets a bit at once. The cars vacuum practically does it for you.

Yup it basically does it for you if you have a booster for power brakes..
Idk if that 78 tgm has it?
no problem Gigger and yes TGM happens to have power brakes and I can use the booster line. I bet it would certainly help clean up a little of the gunk in there.
Oh ok.. so you wouldn't have to put it straight in the carb..
But it wouldnt actually help clean the carb out at all. Seafoam makes a special spray can for carbs I believe.
Here's what I've been working on (new valve covers), I think it looks pretty sweet.. I know its not the Bronco, but you guys can imagine it is.
