Yeah i have heard form a lot of others that FSB has "ruder"(probably not a word) members. thats why i stick with FTE, just about everyone here is friendly and willing to answer even the really nooby questions.

thanks TGM is my pride and joy.. And my daily driver/project.. Slow and steady.

If you do run seafoam/blow some smoke at it remember to remove/disconnect your fan. Just watch your temps!

You can... you gotta run it thru your carb while its running.. you cant stall it either

Haven't tried the seafoam in the Bronci yet. Been working on the coupe.

You can run seafoam through the brake boosters vacuum line. Ive done it a few times on the coupe eventually with no issies. Just have to hold it just right so it only gets a bit at once. The cars vacuum practically does it for you.

Yeah we used the brake booster vac on my 88 ranger. I figured pouring it into the carb would be easier to control the amount and the throttle.

Yup it basically does it for you if you have a booster for power brakes..
Idk if that 78 tgm has it?

no problem Gigger and yes TGM happens to have power brakes and I can use the booster line. I bet it would certainly help clean up a little of the gunk in there.

But it wouldnt actually help clean the carb out at all. Seafoam makes a special spray can for carbs I believe.

Here's what I've been working on (new valve covers), I think it looks pretty sweet.. I know its not the Bronco, but you guys can imagine it is.
