Looks like he won't need them, he has the E6SE heads and after his Cam upgrade he said it's pushing 200HP. Whatever, his choice. He also decided to pick up an old Ford PS pump with the serpentine pully instead of a sag... Oh well
E6 heads.....lol and 200 hp. The explorer 5.0 was under-rated by Ford to promote the 4.6. They actually been shown to put out up to 275 HP without a cam!!
Well finally got a chance to work on the Bronco today. I had to get a puller as the remains of the bearing were stuck on the spindle.
I know that I'm missing a few teeth on the ABS ring, but I didn't have the sensors hooked up anyway. Prolly lucky I didn't as the ring ground into the actual sensor and ate it up real good. Prolly would've shorted something out.

And the spindle, I don't think it looks too bad. It really sucks because I got the wrong seal in the box when I picked it up.

So everything is back together and torqued. minus that wheel seal....I know, but I'll get that one soon here and fix everything again. Just didn't wanna leave the truck in pieces, plus I can safely move it now if need be.
I think what the issue was with the old bearing is that I bought all new rotor/hub assemblies with the races pre-installed. I think that possibly the pre-installed race didn't quite match the bearing I bought and that it may not have been seated all the way. it's all speculation, I should've checked when I got them anyway.

Drove the truck today. GFs been driving it so of course its been neglected. There is a really bad exhaust leak. I'm gonna see if tightening everything down helps. Also has a terrible squeal, I think it may be the water pump. If so then a trip to the local advance will fix that. I think I need to replace the starter solenoid anyway.
Do this to the starter solenoid: Unscrew it from the fender, and leave it hanging from the wires for the night. It made mine work like new... and I have no explanation other than maybe there was something stuck inside. It randomly worked, after that it worked everytime... and ever since.
