Great video Keith! You gave a great interview. And the truck looks better in this video than in others I've seen. Maybe it's the bright sunlight... I don't know, but she really looks sharp.
Thanks Guys!! I ran into my bodybuilding woman friend today at lunch. She still wants to do a photo shoot with the truck .... that should be interesting.
That looks like a nice place to have a car show. Lots of good stuff there. The truck looked awesome in the video and you did a nice job with the interview.
My Y-pipes were trashed - rusted & full of holes. I brought it to a local muffler shop and they replaced the pipes and put on needed hangers.
While it was on the lift I asked if they could fix my broken lower shock mount. When I removed the shocks years ago the rusted tread broke off leaving a small stub. There wasn't enough thread to be able to get a nut on. They cut off the thread and welded on a new 1/2" thread on. So now I can put some shocks back on although I don't know how much a difference it will make. The original rear shocks are still on so I will be sure to soak them with a lubricant or maybe even heat them up a little before I try to remove them. Here are the pics:
Awesome. She won't sound like the same truck now.
And ya the shocks wont make much difference for as
much and the way you use her. But its keeping to
originality.
The heat shield was a great add on.
Dave, that is one stack of stuff to find that picture.
That would be so cool if that is Keith's truck back there.
Thanks for taking the time to post it.
