Thank for posting that one. I didn't see that one on the site. The one I'm talking about is a shot straight down the center of the bed showing the bins.
Keith,
I'm having problems with Gage's website. It quits responding. I tried opening it in Firefox and seemed to have better luck. Then I tried posting a pic and thought I had it figured out but I did something wrong and lost everything....not sure what I did.
So, I went back and tried it again in Internet Exploder and never could get all the pics to load, saw several of your truck but none from straight up the rear (that sounds bad doesn't it...LOL)
Bobby
dang....it looks like it did work.....not sure whats happening
I been having trouble here with like You Tube videos. They are just blank and wont
play even if I go to them. Also can't post a Quick Reply. I have to go to Advanced.
And nothing happens when I hit the rep button. I have to right click and open in a new window. Not sure it's all a site problem but some are.
This all started about the time I re upped my subscription a week or so ago. IDK Weird.
If I'm using Internet Explorer to read this site I can't see You Tube videos when people post them. If I click on them I can get a white screen, I can hear the video playing but can't it. So, when I want to see a posted video I open the thread in Firefox and it works just fine
I been using Fire fox, maybe I need ta try Internet Explorer.
But I hate Microsoft but than it's pretty much the only thing that will run
all our other software.
I didn't see that pic either. I also have been having trouble with the site. I did notice there were over 500 pics so maybe the site is overloaded when they are uploading??
Before you go tearing it back apart you should do a leak down test to see where the compression is going. It could very well be a bad valve, valve seat, a valve not closing, etc and might not be in the bottom end at all.
The engine was rebuilt at 103K in 2000. I now have 106K which explains the super clean engine.
Bobby, nearby cylinders are 130 lbs. The heads were done last year and we finally got them back on. It has to be the rings/piston. When I had the engine rebuilt, the rebuilder said he replaced a piston. It may be that one. I can't remember which one it was. The issues happened when I was racing a buddy. The engine started having a miss afterwards. I thought I might have burn a valve. We did a compression check and found the low pressure in #6 cylinder

I get the same thing on my home computer, but not my business computer. Both were bought from the same place within six months of each other and are suppose to be set up the same way. My business computer won't upload to Godaddy but my home computer will, go figure.
I'm getting my home computer back some time this week. I will start using Firefox and Thunderbird when I get it back. I'm tired of Microsoft crap.
I understand, still, best to rule things while the heads are still on it before yanking it back apart. If it is bottom end work I'd go ahead and pull the rest of the engine. that way there will be a lot less chance of banging up the fenders.
Bob, I hear ya, Microsoft can be a real pain sometimes
